REST API Version Change - Version 23.2.0 is discontinued - Version 23.7.0 is introduced

With the deployment scheduled during the maintenance time, our REST API will undergo a version change.

New Version: 23.7.0 is already active
Previous Version: 23.2.0 is now deprecated and will be removed after Feb 2024
Discontinued Version: 22.7.0 will be removed with this Maintenance
