On Tuesday, November 5th, 2019 we will perform an update to our ERP system. This system is linked to the Data Platform for the device activation process and the hosting contract overview.

During the update the device activation via Proemion Web-Portal or Webservice interface will not be possible. Also the hosting contract overview on Data Portal will not show all details.

The downtime of these sub-functions is scheduled from 18:00 CET till 20:00 CET.
