From Friday, May 22nd, 2020 till Sunday, May 24th, 2020 we will perform a major update to our ERP system. This system is linked to the Data Platform for the device activation process / GoLive and the hosting contract overview.

During the update the device activation via Proemion Web-Portal or SOAP-WebService interface as well as the GoLive function vie REST API will not be possible. Also the hosting contract overview on Data Portal and REST API will not show all details.
These are the only components affected by the maintenance. Machine connectivity and data access will not be impacted in any way.
Please make sure your device activation processes do not request activations during the time of the maintenance since these requests may fail.

The downtime of these sub-functions is scheduled from
May 22nd, 2020 - 16:00 CEST till May 24th, 2020 - 24:00 CEST.
